The Notice of Ballot is to be published on 19 February and can be downloaded from the link at the bottom of this page. Also available for download is the geographical area of the ballot which explains who is eligible to take part.
The last day to receive ballot papers will be the 9 April 2018. The votes will be counted and the results announced on the 10 April 2018.
The count of ballot papers
For a BID to be successful there must be a majority of those voting in favour both in terms of numbers voting and also the rateable value represented by those voting.
Ballot papers will be counted on 10 April 2018 and the results declared shortly after. Results will be displayed on this website.
